Tim brings with himself a wealth of experience being certified as both a Kinesiologist and a Personal Trainer. Tim's ability to see form corrections are as spot on as his aim with a rubber band - Tim explains that he is a champion rubber band sharp shooter! With Tim's help you will get into the shape and meet the goals you want.
As a kinesiology graduate with much experience in the health and fitness industry, as well as injury rehabilitation, I believe I possess the necessary attributes to help you get the most out of your workout while keeping you safe. I understand that working out in a group setting (or entering any new environment for that matter) can be very intimidating, but I will ensure that you feel at home and welcomed every time you come into our gym. The culture around Fit Body Boot Camp is that we’re not just exercising with strangers but that we’re building a community together! I’m also an avid sportsman; thus, I understand the hard work it takes to achieve your goals. My role as a group fitness instructor is not only to teach you the exercises but to keep you motivated and pumped up for each session! Also, from my experience as a personal trainer, I will provide the necessary personal attention to keep you safe. I understand that everyone is different, and am able identify each individual’s fitness levels and will use that knowledge to cater to everyone’s needs. If you give me 100% of your commitment, I will give my 100% to ensure you achieve your goals while having fun!
